What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Sly Auto Solutions ships merchandise worldwide using Sly Auto Solutions, UPS, DHL, & USPS. Many of the products on Sly Auto Solutions will ship for free; if you do not see the FREE SHIPPING icon under the product description, simply add the merchandise to your cart and enter your address to see real time shipping costs.

There are a few important things to keep in mind:

Products may ship separately from different warehouses.
Available shipping methods vary depending on products and shipping destinations.
Merchandise that is in stock usually ships within 24-48 hours. Shipping time varies on items that are custom or made to order as they may have to be manufactured, painted, embroidered, or assembled.
“Free Shipping" applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States ,Canada and Worldwide.
 It is our responsibility to pay all applicable duties, taxes, & brokerage fees.

Warranty Request

We will handle all manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf. Specific warranty information can be found in the “details" section of each product page. Pictures of the flaw or defect may be necessary to complete your claim. Shipping warrantied products back is simple with a prepaid Sly Auto Solutions shipping label.

  2. Ship it back Sly Auto Solutions will provide all manufacturer-specific return instructions within 3 days of validating the warranty claim).
  3. Get your replacement (A replacement will be processed as soon as your defective item is on its way back to us).

Signature Waiver

Please note a request to remove signature from your package may delay your delivery and requires additional documentation. Once your request is submitted you automatically agree to absorb full liability in the event the package is lost in transit or delivered damaged.

What Can I Exchange?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange products in new/unused or fairly used condition within 90 days of delivery.

Items must be in new or fairly used condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.
